No. While we do perform basic financial verification, our approval process is much more flexible than traditional lenders. We focus on your ability to make the agreed payments rather than your past life issues we all encounter now and then.

Yes! Once the deed is in your name, you're free to use the property as you wish, subject to local zoning and building codes. If you get a building loan from an institution they will likely want to pay the loan for the land first so they are in first lein position. You want to drop in a driveway on your on, go right ahead. We strongly recommend vacant land insurance for your property.

Communication is critical to allow the time to adapt the payment and figure out how to help. We're often able to work out alternate arrangements temporarily while you get back on track if that is required. We want you to keep your land.
